Nebraska learns 2.0
This is thing 3 in my list of 23 things.
I read about the 7 1/2 habits of lifelong learners.
In my own words those habits are:
-Write my goal down, nothing cements ideas like putting them on paper.
-Take responsibility for my goal.
-Accept problems as learning tools.
-I can do this!
-What tools do I need? Gather them!
-Use technology.
-Teach others what I learn.
-Play!
I have always considered myself to be a lifelong learner, with a strong desire to find about all sorts of things, so this is a wonderful tool in my arsenal. This is my first blog incidentally, as I have never thought that my writing would be of interest to the rest of the world. To me there is a sense of vanity associated with blogging, but hey I am game to try anything once, so here goes....
Of all the skills I listed above I think the hardest for me will be the play. I tend to be too serious for my own good, and when I do play it is with small children, so I am not learning as much as I would like to :D
I am supposed to write which one will be the easiest, but honestly I don't foresee any problems, they will all be easy.
I can do this!

Congratulations on creating your first blog, and on your "can do" attitude!
I know lots of people think of blogging as a type of personal, online diary. There are certainly folks who blog in that way, but there are a lot of other ways to use blogs too -- to publish an online newsletter, host an online book discussion group, or even as a library home page!
